Overall a really good experience was had in store. The team were very helpful and I managed to get what I needed. To be highly satisfied I would have expected to get the wow factor which I didn't on this occasion. However the service was at a good level that would ensure I will return when I furnish my other 2 bedrooms and recommend to family and friends

There is a two week delay before delivery can take place.

I visited the gillingham store weeks ago to find two beds for my home, the store is dark and the staff are too busy on their computers to even acknowledge customers when they walk into the store, I was the only person In the store. I then looked online and found a bed I wanted so went back tot he store to have a look at it before ordering, again no acknowledgement form staff at all, they even spoke to each other but totally ignored me. I was shown the bed so left the store and purchased over the phone because if they are on commission I didn't want them getting any because they didn't deserve it. The lady on the phone was so helpful and knowledgeable and I couldn't have received a better service thank you. Sadly I still only have 1 bed I still need to purchase another

A vast difference between prices shown and the true cost ie discounts not widely advertised so misleading

Pricing was confusing & all the bed sizes king size when we were looking for 4.6 size then there was all the different mattress heights. I needed a particular combined height for bed. so my disabled mother can use.

I phoned to pay for my mattress and the assistant tried to scant me out of 39 pounds
