I didn't expect to pay as much as I did for a new mattress

Found the layout of the store a bit confusing . Also the gradings of mattresses tended to vary.

I cant say as i have not received the goods yet. I have only gone in and paid for them. Sales experience was good overall. Lets see how the delivery and quality is. Due 17.2.16

No issues with the sales agent. The beds we had seen online were not available to try out in store.

Never give top scores but we're pleased with the assistance we got and how smooth the transaction was

As we had recently purchased a mattress we were shopping for a base only, the pricing on the beds were not very transparent and did not show base only price or sale price making it difficult for us to compare prices in store without assistance. On the flipside of this the member of staff who served us was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

I am satisfied with the staff member who served me but a long wait for mattress to be delivered.

I don't enjoy spending money anywhere

No particular reason other than pricing - wouldn't have paid full purchase price i.e. if sale had not been on I wouldn't have purchased
