Cost was too high

I asked to have old product disposed of , assistant was unable to put my requirement on order due to an alleged technical error my fear is that when product finally arrives I will be in an argument with driver over disposing of even though I have paid I was told customer services wil email me confirmation , am still waiting please confirm

Limited choices on display. Long lead times for purchases. Prices high except sale items.

Staff were chatting between themself, although they asked if I needed help and I said no. After finding a bed of my choice upstairs in the store, I was browsing and looking interested in it but no staff from downstairs came up to see if they could help me further with more details that I needed

assistant very knowledgeable and answered all my questions Also helped in choosing between 3 beds when we had narrowed down our choice

My experience so far has been satisfying, but as of yet I have not received my new bed. Therefore once I've received my bed I'll proberbly be inclined to say I'm highly satisfied.

I phoned the day after my visit to order the items I wanted to be told the store was closing early due to sickness. I was told I would be phoned the next day at a specific time and my order would be taken. That time came and went and when I phoned the store several times there was no answer. Eventually I phoned telesales and placed my order then. I was told they could tell me when the Mattress was coming and to call customer service the next day. I phoned customer service today and after 10 mins in a queue I gave up. I still have not had a confirmation email of my order. A bit worrying having paid £750.00!

Not all the pricing was clear. It was confusing working out how much it would be. The sales adviser was very friendly and helpful.

I was, I just hate shopping in general

I went to the Doncaster branch with my husband who as parkinson's and dementia we was looking for a lower bed than the we have do to my husband not being able to get out of our current one unaided.
