I'm happy with the product but not happy being lied to by staff members. When I purchased Delivery I was told that the bed would be delivered, assembled and all packaging removed. I got my bed . No assembly and no packaging removed. This I find to be very annoying and disrespectful . No effort was made by the employees who delivered it to remind us we had paid for this service and the bed was placed in the room and they left . This is why I will not be able to recommend you for your great customer service because I didn't receive any . And paid for a service I didn't receive. I hope the future training goes well with you staff as this would be an excellent idea in my experience. I must say even though the guys on delivery didn't fill there obligations . The were very nice guys and we're careful treating our property with respect. Kind regards P Whittick

Highly satisfied would have meant a lot cheaper price

I did hurt my shin on an open bed storage draw that had ben left open and pertruded into the walk way this took the skin off and is very sore and bled

The staff at Doncaster were extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I was made to feel very welcome and your staff made me feel very valued.

We had to wait 30 mins for a computer as the system kept crashing

The delivery date we would have preferred was not available

The salesman we dealt with had good product knowledge and wasn't pushy which we liked. I was satisfied, being "highly satisfied" is something seldom seen in my shopping experiences.
