We paid for the item in full then were told it should be ready by the end of the money but the delivery date could not be told to us as the computer system would not allow it, we were told someone would ring back with a date, I had to call the next day myself and then was told it may be another month as it was not in stock, we were not in a rush for the item but didn't realise it would take so long

Felt rushed when placing my order with the sales assistant.

I was not able to use an voucher online, which is why I had to purchase over the telephone The staff member was pleasant, but it took a long time to complete the transaction. I was also dissatisfied with the amount of choice when it came to bedding. For example - type and variety of pillowcases. I was expecting more choice.

There were items that could be discounted because of new stock. Staff were very good in that we were informed about them but they were not advertised on shop floor

The Staff were helpful and concerned, none of my dissatisfaction is directed at them. The item I had originally gone in for was not a display product in that store (Doncaster). It had a minimum of a six week delivery which was far two long. I was directed to anther bed which was equally good and the type I wanted but a lot more expensive. The delivery was just over two weeks which fitted my time frame. ( I needed it within 4 weeks). The 6 till 9 pm delivery service option was very good which I took up.

No firm commitment to when bedstead might be in stock, even though the item was still being advertised on your website.

It all felt very put on by most members of staff, every matress i tried was better than the lest for a different reason, just too fake like oak furniture land

The helpfulness of the sales assistant Emily was brilliant and when she said that she would call me straight back she did, I cannot fault one single thing, thank you again.

Although Emily was brilliant by listening to our needs the overall price was too much
