Staff were well informed and polite no pressure selling and fulfilled all my needs

this was the second bed purchased and the fourth purchase in total ( a sofa and a mattress bought before) good service, large option base.

Looked on line it said that the mattress was a certain price then when we got to the store the price was a single mattress, very misleading

the girl was very good, answered any questions we asked so i was satisfied .

I think there's always room for improvement the person who dealt with us was very friendly and helpful did everything he could to help

The price was slightly higher than what I wanted to pay. The customer service was fine but didn't strike me as anything special or unique.

Freindly service, plus a cup of tea, talked sense and went out of way to help.

Stirling spent time informing us about different bases and mattresses we wanted 2 beds different sizes and styles. He was patient and informative
