Dreams - Doncaster

Initially we popped into the store who advised us the delivery for the bed we required would be no more then a week to 2 weeks left a few days and placed order over the phone to be told at least 3 weeks

My online payment failed but it wasn't clear what had happened and I had to ring for assistance. Sharon, at the Doncaster store, was very helpful and was able to resolve the issue and process my order....she also explained a number of issues I'd found. I was unhappy though that the date first indicated for delivery was not actually available, by a week, once I had processed my order. Also I had to ring the store to find out why I couldn't order a mattress and bedding to be delivered at the same time....and to find out I couldn't use a credit card that wasn't registered to the delivery address.

This is the second time I went Doncaster dreams store, last time we bought bed and mattress for my mom. Very nice people, good service. I been looking around all those shops, finally got what I like. I will recommed to all my friend!

Although I rated my Dreams shopping experience just satisfactory I suppose this is because of my own personal feelings of purchasing a mattress,such an expensive item & an expensive mistake to make if the wrong one is chosen. I was disappointed with the amount charged if after 30 nights it’s not right.Although i can understand you need to charge something ! Fingers crossed I have bought the right one !

the lady who assisted me was very knowledgeable and helpful.

selling of the bed and frame was ok,when we got home we realized the extras we have payed, Bed cover £85.00,removal of mattress and Divan £51.00. Our silly fault for not realizing at the time.But this amounts to £141.00. too late now but we will think twice next time we buy.

I wanted the mattress be delivered to my place and the waiting time was 8 days. That's a way to long.

Trying to sell finance to me too much when I told staff I was paying in cash

It wasn't free I payed £800 to which I was satisfied and not possible to be delivered on the day of purchase
