I had fantastic customer service But the reason I wasn't highly satisfied. . was because of the outrageous £50 fee to ensemble the product

The process was very quick and not discussed well. When we thought we were getting prices, we were actually placing the order.

I came out of the store with Strasbourg that I did not go in for and this made the price high

On your website you advertised 20% discount on what seemed on all your mattresses but this was a bit of a con.

On first visit not shown bed within my budget! Looked online then revisited to view bed I wanted to purchase. The sales colleague was very vague about the bed and was very surprised at the price at time of purchase. I felt the service was pretty average.

Everything was Good and I would recommend dreams Doncaster store but we spent a good amount of money and would of liked a lot more discount especially now as on TV it said if we buy a mattress we get discount on the base and we was told that if the bed goes down in money before we have the bed delivered which is Thursday we should get some discountbut not heard anything xxxx

Never satisfied when spending large amounts of money

The winter sale is misleading which is unfortunate as the store standards were high, the colleague was effective and knowledgeable and the products available were to a high standard. Effectively I was led to believe online that I would be paying less which had set an expectation. If the truth was told online then the overall satisfaction would be much higher as I cannot fault the store one bit

Only problem was not being able to pay online because Dreams website had problem so had to telephone order but service on phone was excellent, helpful apologetic re problem.
