Bed bases a d headboards seemed overpriced compared with other stores. Ordered mattress only

I was hoping for a cheaper price.

I don’t believe there was anything in this store ‘above & beyond’ other stores we had visited. Also, It’s difficult to say we are satisfied before we have had chance to really ‘road test’ the product. We have always made good choices in selecting a mattress and you should ask about satisfaction once this period is over.

The cost wasn’t quoted until the very end.

The individual prices of items was not clear.

Product on line was unavailable in store furniture pictures were very bad to enable a good guide to quality. Assistant tried her best to help but the store it's self lacked good information.on furniture we placed both bed, mattress and full bedroom suite . Just hoping it's what I expected.due to the lack of proper viewings.

It was a wonderful experience was offered a cuppa off a lovely colleague.

Delivery time was 3 weeks a little too long to be highly satisfied

Upon visiting dreams store in Doncaster I was very satisfied with the shop and the offers that was being promoted to me , how helpful and friendly the staff was Aswell as the cleanliness. The only issue I had was trying to get a bed on credit was very time consuming I had been at the store around 2 and a half hours on the day of my purchase. Waiting for the credit to be accepted was slow by the people on the other end although the staff member was very apologetic about the situation and had been offered refreshments throughout , by the end I end up buying the bed I wanted outright and am very happy with my purchase.
