The gentleman who served us Mr stirling was a very lovely man .very friendly and knowledgeable. All the other staff was also friendly and a pleasure to shop in there store .

As my father is in a wheel chair I found the assistant Stirling, was extremely helpfully and could not do enough to assist my father in choosing the correct complete bed for his needs. His helpfulness made the selection of my fathers bed much less strenuous for my father. Thank you.

Allowed plenty of time to test as many beds I we liked, with no pressure to purchase. Kevin was very knowledgeable regarding the products and only interjected when requested. Good atmosphere in the premises between staff and customers. Also produced a pillow simular to our current one at home, enabling both of us to get the best out of our experience with testing the beds.

Really difficult situation buying for my parents as they were out if the country and do to burst pipe and water tank at their home and their bed was damaged I was having to sort everything out including getting them a bed for when they get home. Stirling was brilliant and very patient with me and really helpful with my situation.

Stirling the member of staff asked if we needed immediate assistance or time to browse, we chose the latter. After a short time we needed assistance and he returned and fully explained the product we were interested in, he then gave full advice on alternatives and other options for other products. After about an hour with us we were able to make an informed decision about the bed we needed and made the purchase. We were also given information regarding the 40 day exchange for the mattress, as we had 2 choices as to which to choose.Stirling certainly knew his product and gave invaluable advice to us. This visit was due to my sister recommending your company and I for one will recommend you to anyone needing your products. The whole experience from begining to end was a joy, thank you.

I knew very little about mattresses and was not looking forward to shopping for a new one but Kevin the sales assistant who helped us was very knowledgeable and made the experience very easy and enjoyable.

We explained to the assistant that we were looking for a basic double bed for a spare room for a reasonable price and he directed us straight to an offer in the store which was exactly what we were looking for. We were very pleased with the price we paid for both a bed and mattress.
