The gentleman who served us was extremly friendly and polite as were the other staff. We also found the perfect bed frame we was looking for as soon as we walked in the store and at a great price! Will definitely return in future and recommend Dreams!!!

Julie was highly knowledgable, extremely friendly and very understanding of our needs, she gave us good advise and made us feel extremely welcome. We was offered tea and biscuits it made us feel like we was visit a friends house, not shopping for a bed. After laying on many kinds of bed we had narrowed our selection down to two, another of the sales colleges came over and my husband was asking him lots of question about the Tempur mattress range, he also was very knowledgable and did offer some good advise. Once we had made our decision, we were taken through the sale like a dream! (Sorry no pun intended!) They were so helpful and informative, they explained everything in regards to the delivery and insurance and your 40 day guarantee. We couldn't be any happier with the service that we received and feel extremely confident with our choice of mattress purchased. These two sales people (in fact all the staff members) are a credit to your training - I would highly recommend this store to my friends and family for sure.

The person who dealt with my purchase ( Kevin ) - on this occasion and on 2 previous occasions , was very helpful and gave me good advice . He was friendly and efficient . I shall be returning to Dreams to make further purchases.

The sales guy - Stirling - was very knowledgable and attentive without being pushy. He made our children feel welcome and offered us a drink and the kids a malteser. He just made buying very easy and filled us with enough confidence not to go over the road to Bensons for Beds as we'd originally planned.

As first time buyers we weren't pressured into making a decision, all our questions were answered, and were approached at the right time. Great quality and friendly service off all the employees within store.

The store was well set out. The sales assistant (Stirling) did not hassle us or approach immediately, he allowed us to look around and made us aware he was available when we were ready. The bed we were interested in, (and purchased), was available in a number of colours, with a number of storage options and with a number of headboards. This gives a better range of choice and scope in price. The bed we chose was an appropriate price, basic enough for our requirements but of obvious good quality. The store was able to cater for our needs, provide us with what we wanted and provided us an efficient, no hassle, no pressure service. We would definitely return in future.
