We were free to look at everthing we wanted and was given a drink while we did so.

It was the first visit to the store and first impressions were good, followed by a surprisingly variety of products. We felt at ease to browse round and did not feel pressured by any of the staff. In fact that made the visit more relaxed and enjoyable. The help and advise we received from Kevin, the salesman, were second to none and this contributed hugely to the selection of mattress which we bought. Along with the assurance that if we are not satisfied with the mattress after we have received it, we are 'not stuck with it' and the help and assistance will still be on hand should we need it, afterwards. We are looking forward to many comfortable nights sleep!!

Going shopping with two young children can be challenging at times but the staff that assisted were great with making sure that the children were entertained whilst we made our purchase. Very happy customer

I haven,t bought a mattress for quite a number of years. The salesman was very helpful and listened to our needs and directed us to the ideal mattress. I would recommend dreams to my family and friends.

All staff were approachable, polite and informative about a range of products which was very helpful. To be offered a cup of coffee on arrival was very welcoming too!

Kevin at the Doncaster store knew his products, and no matter how often I wanted to retry the mattresses, he obliged. He gave honest opinions and never once pressurized me into buying a particular product. He also made test many different sorts of beds and pillows to ensure I was happy with my final choice. When deciding on my purchase, the manager Dave, offered us (Mom and I) a cup of tea and a jaffa cake and we had a great chat generally with the staff. They were very pleasant, friendly and down to earth. There were no sales pitches, just fair and honest opinions, with a fair discount applied where possible. Basically an excellent service delivered by excellent staff.

We was greated when entering the store, we was surved by Stirling who was very happy to help me, we went to other shops before and had no luck and he helped me a lot as in helped me choose within in price range and was happy to explain the difference between the mattresses. Very friendly which helped me to go ahead with buying from the store, all the staff was great and very friendly. A friend informed me to visit Dreams and now I will tell other people were to go when looking for new furniture. Very fast delievery too always a bonus!!
