The assistant was very helpful and pointed me towards what I needed in regards to support for my aches and pains . He wasn't pushy and I like that he just pointed a few out what would do the best for me . He works at dreams Doncaster and his name is Stirling I would highly recommend him .

The sales person (Stirling) was very helpful and informative, without being pushy. We live in Sheffield and as the branch in Sheffield has closed we had to visit our nearest Dreams store which is Doncaster. We had tried to go over on Monday but after following Route-Master on the RAC website we ended up on a private residential estate the other side of Doncaster. I phoned the Store as the post code was the same as the residential area. Whoever I spoke to apologised and informed me the this was not the first time this had happened both with Sat-Nav and AA and RAC Route-Master. He suggested that I use Danum Retail Park and not the post code which gave us an entirley different route although the post code was the same.

Your colleague heard me talking to another colleague when I entered the store and remembered he had spoken to me on the phone earlier that day when we had a fairly detailed conversation about my needs. This was primarily as I live in Sheffield and did not want to drive to Doncaster on a wild goose chase. Realising this he was extremely helpful in showing and discussing the various options to enable me to make my final decisions. He made the whole experience swift and enjoyable as he was keen to help and assist me.

very clean and bright store salesman very helpful and so pleasant we had a cup of tea whilst finishing off our transaction. all together a very good experience.

The Sales Adviser was very patient and wasn't too pushy in getting his commission. He talked knowledgeable about all products we looked at and was eager for us to be 100% satisfied with our final choice. We even was offered a drink whilst we sat down to complete all the paperwork.
