Dreams - Doncaster

The store was well laid out and all items were clearly marked and attractively displayed. We were greeted and asked if we required assistance but were not subjected to any unwanted hard sell tactics. We were assisted in our purchase by a very pleasant and knowledgeable gentleman who patiently answered all of our questions and helped us in arriving at our final selection. The ordering process and delivery details were quickly completed and we left the store feeling that we had come to the right place and would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

The two agents (Stirling/Dave) who assisted me during my shopping visit were both very friendly, polite and also knowledgeable about the various types of mattresses and helped me to choose what I hope will be exactly what I need. They made me feel that if I ever needed to purchase another mattress or bed, that shop would be the best place to go to.

The people in store helping us were very helpful - they could not have done more. The fact that the availability of the bed for not as we would have liked - a 5 week lead time - was not their fault and they did everything possible to assist us.

The store layout made the visit rather successful. The sales person whilst staying in the background provided the right information when required. In fact, we closed the sale because if the sales persons right approach..

Went to buy a new bed for my son. The sales staff were very informative towards my son explaining mattresses etc he then decided on memory foam !! It was more comfortable. There was a sweet grabbing machine which was a fabulous hit whilst we were ordering so much so that I had to have a go too !

The Dreams colleague was very helpful and helped my find the exact bed I wanted.
