Dreams - Doncaster

I knew exactly what I wanted until I walked in. The salesman Kevin was very helpful and could of talked us into having a tempur mattress very easily BUT he didn't. And for that I really appreciate it. He did his job and never at anytime did we feel pushed pressured or anything. He was only ever very helpful. Wish more sales people were like that with his attitude.

The staff in the shop were very friendly and listened to our needs. They were very efficient with assisting us to find the perfect mattress for me at 5'3 and 9 St and my partner who is 6'5" and 15 st,we are a little on the unusual side :-)

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble and you didn't feel pressurised, which can put people off. The products were excellent and at a price which reflected this. We had previously visited other bed retailers and Dreams was by far the best. We will be returning to purchase our bed linen etc.

From the time we walked in to the store until the time we left, Kevin and his team could not do enough for us and we shall certainly go back next time we need a bed or something else.

On entering the store we were greeted with a smile and welcome. Staff very helpful and friendly. Mr Stirling was very helpful in aiding us to make a positive selection.
