My Experience with the store was fantastic. They Guys were so friendly and helpful and i would definately come too and recommend this store too my friends. I work in customer Service myself and i have too say this was the Best Customer Service experience i have recieved in years they were Brilliant from start too finish. on entering store was met with the warmest welcome from Julie who found me the item I was looking for and at the right price, we had refreshments which was most kind, I will return definitely.

He had good knowledge of the product and he and his colleague both paid focus to me, my wife and kids during the whole sale felt like it was a warm welcome and very freindly experience

When placing the order in the doncaster store there was a problem with the delivery date as one PC was saying delivery could be on 9th May and the other PC said the 19th May. It was imperative that delivery was on 9th may as my father had a heart attack yesterday and my mum was concerned that he should have some good rest when he comes home from hospital later this week. His current mattress is uncomfortable and we thought that this might have contributed to his heart attack by not getting enough rest. Dave spoke to the people in charge of delivery, who said it was not possible to deliver on 9th May despite the computer system saying that the delivery slot was available. Dave, Stirling's colleague made several phone calls to try to rectify the matter as my mum wanted to go elsewhere to buy a mattress if delivery could not be arranged. My mum was exhausted from going backwards and forwards to hospital so I took her home and Dave promised he would try to sort it out. Within an hour of getting back to my mum's, we received the call that Dave had managed to sort delivery and the mattress will arrrive on 9th. My mum is very happy with the excellent customer service Dave gave.

We knew what we wanted, 2 single beds with wooden frames, soon found what we were looking for and then soon found mattresses that we were happy with with the help of staff.
