me and my husband needed a new matress, but we didn't know what or which were the best ones to look at, kevin came to our aide, he went through a whole range of matress which might meet our needs due to me having medical condition. he let us look round by ourselves until we had decided which was best for us, he made it so easy, i would definately recommend this shop to my family and friends.

The assistant listened to my needs and helped me chose the right package.

They let you look around without bothering you but when I needed help the as stance was there this was my second visit to the store was impressed the first time I called when looking at other bed store was not impressed with there service that why I called back thank you Mr stirling

Because Kevin our assistant was very knowledgeable about the needs of what we were looking for in a mattress for our specific needs and for my back he was friendly attentive and he had excellent customer service we bought some of the products also such as bedlinen which we found was high quality from previous experience as we had shopped there before. Overall excellent service.
