I spoke with Dave initially when me and my partner was just looking, he gave me a fantastic service even though he knew I wasn't going to place an order that day. I returned to the store and spoke to a man called Kevin who confirmed my order, the whole process was smooth from start to finish, my little girl was running around the store and the staff was brilliant, we was even offered tea and coffee. I found what I was looking for online and the purchased from the store, the reason I did this was the customer service that I received in store, the banter between the staff and customers is brilliant.
