Our visit to the store was to start to compare prices and products but we were shown and advised by one of your staff named Stirling all of the options and the overall quality of the matrtress and pillows that we bought were such and the advice from Stirling so good that we bought there and then.

He new there was to know about all the different matters we looked at very very impressed with he knowledge . Very calm and collected man never put pressure on to sell eny of the products we looked at . We change our minds at last minuet and gave us as much time as we needed . We felt very relaxed with him , I carnt praise him enough x

From the moment i walked in the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, i never once felt pressurised in to buying and they took on board what i wanted and showed me at least 5 beds/mattresses that met my needs. The staff knew about each produc,t they never showed me any items that wouldnt meet or exceed my needs, this was my first visit to dreams i returned to make a second purchase as i was so happy with my first. I would highly reccomend the store and will in future be coming back to purchase more items, i had looked around at other "chain" and independant stores and all of which i walked away unsatisfied/pressurised, from the moment i walked into Dreams to the moment i left, i knew i had made the right choice. Julie and Dave were excellent and they listened which no other bed shop did, they have helped me find the most comfortable bed i have ever slept on, being almost 7 months pregnant this means i finally get a decent nights sleep after months of struggling. I was amazed at the amount of knowledge they had on each product and i felt in safe hands to make a decision up until i walked into Dreams i didnt know where to turn, im so glad i went to Dreams.

All the staff were friendly and helpful, offered us advice without being pushy to help us make our own decision. From the moment we walked through the doors it felt like we were being dealt with by friends.
