Friendly atmosphere, very helpful in helping me pick my product as I suffer with a bad back and the assistant who's name was Kevin was very helpful and talked me through the best matteress to suit my needs.

I went in the shop thinking I knew exactly what I wanted, so I was happy when the assistant, Amanda, asked if I needed help. I told her and she took me straight there. As I told her my needs she asked if she could suggest another option for me, and I was immediately happy with her new suggestion - so much so I bought two mattresses instead of one! I found her cheery, understanding and the deal was done in a short space of time. I left the store feeling like I had just shopped with my friend and had been given sound advice. I couldn't believe it when she said she had only been there ten weeks - it was like she had been born into a family business. I highly, highly recommend!

Absolutely excellent Salesman/Manager.Welcomed & offered help as we entered the store. Kevin ascertained what sort of mission we were on & responded accordingly. (We thought we were only looking to get an idea of what-and IF- we wanted!) We were given a clear description of the types of mattress and how they were classed and priced and invited to try out any or all of them, also being provided with a supportive pillow. We were then allowed to investigate in a calm fashion without any pressure or pushy salesmanship but knowing that any help/information was readily at hand.

Everything was explained fully salesperson was not pushy gave us plenty of time to make our choice

We were served by Kevin who was very helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. He answered all our questions in a manner which meant we felt we had made a correct and informed about purchasing our new mattress.

Excellent customer service. Helped me and my wife with the product we wanted. Felt very comfortable with the salesman. All round good experience!

We were given a great deal on a bed. The staff were extremely friendly and offered drinks which was a nice touch.
