The sales assistant Julie , was very helpful , without being pushy, having a good product knowledge she was easily able to guide to exactly what we were looking for and within our price range

not rushed , being able to try different beds at our leisure with no sales pressure . when we wanted advice the sales person had very good knowledge of the product.

Excellent service from walking through the door to shaking hands when the sale was agreed. It was lovely to get a friendly 'hello' on entering and then to be left to browse without being hassled. As a result of being allowed time to look I decided to buy a set of bedroom furniture because I felt very comfortable. At no point did the staff hassle me. They made me a cup of coffee and gave me time to decide. !00% satisfied.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, introducing themselves and asking if we were ok/needed any help. Product knowledge was excellent and the staff helped me choose the correct bed for me, without this help I would have no doubt been lost. Great staff
