Dreams - Doncaster

Amanda from the Doncaster branch was very helpful finding the bed I'd seen online and getting me a good deal via the store manager very friendly staff we'll done to all.

I had rung other Dreams stores trying to find a specific headboard. The Doncaster staff were really helpful other stores were not. Amanda took time with me, did not rush me and measured the headboards. She also rung colleagues. The measurements of the headboards on the Dreams website are incorrect which I had pointed out on the Chat libe a few days beforehand.

From the time I entered the shop until the time I left I felt really welcome I was acknowledged straight away with a greeting and friendly smile from Amanda she left me to look around the shop and when I found the bed I went searching for a mattress and Amanda was so helpful even giving me my own pillow ☺throughout my purchase the staff were very friendly and even been offered a cup of tea by the manager!!! Apparently he can't make tea lol thankyou so much I can't wait to get my new bed ☺

I have visited the store on numerous occasions. My fiance bought me a bed frame and I bought pillows AManda is very business and customer service orientated it os always a pleasure to go there. She is an asset to your companyas are your products.
