Because sales man was very good and demonstrated item buying to our satisfaction. He was friendly and explained each stage of the ordering.

The assistant Kevin was brilliant,he gave us loads of advice but gave us enough time to have a look for our selves ,No pressure to buy .

The salesperson was friendly and informative, he was attentive to our needs and explained everything fully. He showed patience and the service we received could not have been better.

The man giving us advice was very pleasent and not at all pushy with the sale, helping us choose the right bed and mattress for us within reason of our price budget

Shopping with 3 children has always been a bad experience for me but not at dreams, my children where talked and treat with respect even when they where being little monkeys. One of my girls has cerebal palsy and she struggles with a lot of situations, Kevin made this experience so special for her gave her a pen paper and calcuator,while her sisters where happy watching tv, she now wants a job at dreams when she is older. Best shopping experience ever as a family. We would like to say a massive thank you to Kevin for the experience shopping at dreams x

The staff were very friendly and helpful explaining things and giving us time to browse. They were very patient and suggested various options. We were not pressured at all and found their knowledge of the products etc was excellent.

The products were great, the staff were very friendly, not pushy, very helpful, had lots of time and patients for me and my young daughter, especially Amanda and Dave, they could not do enough for us, so professional, I would defentley recommend this store and these staff are a credit to your company.
