Very friendly helpful staff, ie not pushy, allowing us time to wander around the store before deciding on a purchase. When required was quickly available to answer all questions. Once decided on purchase was very helpful in demonstrating the sales procedure on the computer screen and explaining delivery times. Would happily return to the store for future purchases.

we went to the store looking for a new mattress, the assistant SHARON, was really helpful, she explained how the colour coding system worked, and went out of her way to fetch us a proper pillow to enable us to test the mattress's out in our current sleeping position. She informed us about your 40day sleep exchange program.
