A very pleasurable shopping experience, Kevin the sales colleague was very helpful and knowledgeable. We tried various beds at our leisure and never felt pressured or rushed to buy. We eventually purchased the mattress for us. Thanks to the staff at Dreams Doncaster for all their assistance, we will definitely recommend this store to our family and friends. Thank you.

It was the first bed ive bought so i didnt know where to start but amanda and kevin were really helpful

This is the fourth item we have brought from Dreams as in many years. Staff are in the background and very unintrusive, when assistance is required, a quick eye contact would bring a knowledgeable floor staff to us. Staff is always very friendly, never stereotyping potential customers. We have never felt any high pressure selling nor staff speaking down on competitors' products.

We were greeted with a friendly smile, then left to take a look around. After a short time the assistant approached us and asked if we needed any help, we did. It was nice not to have been pounced upon on entry to the store. While we were making our purchase the store Manager offered, and made us a coffee. The whole experience was completely stress'less. Both the Manager and assistant were friendly.

I am extremely happy with my purchase made today and the staff where great helping with every question I had, and explaining the price, make, comfort, just looking forward to my new bed now thanks guys 👌😃

Tthe staff were very helpful Amanda in perticular was more than happy to show products and explain the benefits of each bed. Myself and my partener very happy with the experience .
