Very friendly staff, excellent product knowledge, prompt and efficient ordering system, could tell me exactly when the bed could be delivered and also gave me a choice of delivery days so that it was convenient for me.

Sterling the sales assistant was very attentive to my needs as a big man, assisting me in choosing a mattress that would not only assist my sleep but also my posture. He also spent time to discuss and choose the correct pillow. He allowed me to actually just lie down and get a proper feel for the mattresses.

The salesman & other salespersons in the store made us very welcome & explained everything in detail,he was very pleasant & sociable &helped usto get the colours that we wanted for our décor for both the headboard & the base, nothing was too much troublefor him, he was a first class salesman,he was second to none this was the only store which offered us a coffee
