The service we received was very satisfying they were so helpful they were so kind towards me and my children. We're very nice and was very patient to listen to what we wanted

Both ladies on arrival to store welcomed us to store very approachable. After 5mins came over explained colours of sashes on beds and how it worked and asked if we needed any assistance at this point we still browsing round. We then decided on bed and lady helped and gave advise on mattress for our guest room and our master room. We then purchased 2 beds pillows for both beds mattress for both beds protector for master. Even the team having meeting in store at time were friendly offered drinks and spoke to customers. Nothing was to much for the team. Very pleasant experience.

I have recently visited a few stores looking for beds and Dreams was the only one where I didn't feel pounced on as soon as I walked in the store. The assistant, Stirling, made his presence known but then left me and my mum to browse. We did ask lots of questions about various mattresses and bases and he were able to answer all of them with some personal knowledge of particular products which I always find helpful. We had a wander around the rest of the retail park, got hassled in a few more shops, then decided to come back to Dreams to make my purchase. The buying process was made very clear to us, showing all the separate items to us on screen, so that we were clear what I were getting and also the delivery date. All the other staff were very friendly too. Will definitely recommend to friends and go back again for another bed in eight years!

I was served by a lady called Amanda and found her to be very helpful and friendly...I was very satisfied with her customer service aswell as the manager dave...we were offered as much help as they could possibly give...endless cups of coffee...I was very pleased with the service I recieved and would definitely use that store again and reccomend to friends
