Everyone was very helpful, offering explanations to what the differences were between products, as well as allowing us to take our time and not being pressured into purchasing anything.

Your staff was very attentive and helpful. The employees I interacted with, especially kevin was very knowledgeable about your store's product line and seemed genuinely interested in helping me find items that met my needs rather than just being focused on making a quick sale. Because of his efforts, I was able to find exactly what I needed and I am very satisfied with my purchase. I will continue to visit your store in the future, as well as recommend it to others.

We was greeted with a lovely chap called sterling who was very friendly and knowledgable. He spent time understanding what we needed and there were no rush to buy. Excellent customer service

all the staff were very friendly and polite, we was also offered a cup of tea/coffee while we finalised the payment. the staff was that friendly it was like visiting a relative on a Sunday afternoon. would definitely recommend the store/company to a friend or relative and will definitely visit again

Amanda the assistant who dealt with us for our purchase was very pleasant, answered all questions to our satisfaction, we were offered refreshments, first class service, Dave the store manager made sure we were happy with the way we were looked after while in the store

the staff were very friendly and in no way 'pushy' and as I have health problems they asked if I had a blue card which I do and saved me the VAT which I didn't realise I could save, thank you
