The staff were very friendly and so helpful without being intrusive the gentleman who served up was exceptional. The store was nice and airy plenty of space to wander around and see what beds were on offer. Would recommend this shop to anyone thank you for a lovely shopping experience.

Was met by one of the most helpful, friendliest of staff ever, Julie Williams Lee could not do enough to make our visit and purchase pleasurable. We were offered refreshments and our every need was catered for professionally and courtiously we will be highly recommended friends and family.

Salesman was very knowledgeable about products and took time to understand our requirements without being pushy which i have found quite common in this kind of store. Pleasantly surprised and felt relaxed the whole time I was in the store. Well done!!

Kevin talked to us regarding the products and explained how they would give health benefits without any pressure and made sure we were happy with the purchase. His service was with our interest at heart and related to us as customers as though he was one of our friends giving advice. We had been to many bed stores and although there products were alternatives in prices and styles the Dreams store gave us a really good deal on a payment plan that allows us to what we really want. Thank you.

The knowledge of the salesman (Kevin) was first class, he answered all our questions about the product fully. Also, the price we paid was easily the best value.

Kevin was very helpful in demonstrating the TV bed and recommending the right mattress. Kevin was also able to do us a good deal on the bed and mattress together. Even after the sale Kevin spend more time with us looking at the bed and could answer any questions we had.
