Dreams - Doncaster

I went into your store in Doncaster and wondered round looking at different beds, only when I asked for some advice was I approached the person must have know I dont like to be bothered by sales people!! When I did ask for information I did feel he was professional told me what I wanted and a little more, he had a very laided back manner which I also liked, I was offered a cup of tea will completing the sale. The staff I saw in Dreams made me feel compfortable.

I was approached after a few moments of entering the store. The assistant who was called Julie wecolmed me to Dreams store. She asked me if I needed any help or do I want to be left alone to browse first. I started talking to Julie straight away telling her about my needs and what I was looking for today.

The personal one on one attentiveness. And quick handling of paperwork and knowledge of products purchased by salesman

Kevin was very understanding with my needs to a good night sleep. He explained the different types of beds that was available and in the end I went home very satisfied with my purchase. . Great bit of service.

Stirling was fabulous, we gave him or wish list and he was able to show us exactly what options were available. He also advised on suitability and durability of the products, allowing us to make a well informed discussion.

I was looking for a specific size bed due to space restraints, after explaining this to the sales assistant he was extremely helpful and indicated which beds would be available to the dimensions given. He then informed us about the different types of mattresses and what to look for. Due to a large move around at home and decorating we also needed to know if the bed could be delivered at a later date and again Stirling was extremely helpful and accommodating.

Appropriate advice given. More than sales staff. Weren't just selling they were advising. Lovely staff. Never rushed felt at ease

We were given the choice of buying this mattress at Bensons for the same cost, however the service and freindliness given at the Doncaster store was excellent along with offering a price promise.We were helped by Amanda and Julie and would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a hassle free, helpful service.

Excellent staff. Both Stirling and Julie. Could not have been more attentive.
