went to another well known bed store the day before but they made us feel like they were doing us a favour. But in your store they made us feel like we were the only people in there. Kevin was patient and left us alone to chat and make our minds up for ourself. both staff were very pleasant and professional. That is why we bought from your store. And no doubt we will buy again.

Having had good service in the past from the Norwich' Dreams' store I called 'Dreams' of Doncaster to help me purchase a double bed and mattress for my son. He has just moved in to the Doncaster area and has started renting a house. He has no furniture to put in his unfurnished rental home. I spoke to Stirling (employee) who could not have proved more helpful, his quick grasp of the situation and his customer service was outstanding! To the point that as the delivery company could not meet at post-4pm delivery slot, Stirling personally dropped off the items on his way home from work. This is customer service at, and beyond, its very best - Thank you. My son now has a bed to sleep on! Please pass on my enormous gratitude to Stirling at Doncaster.

Was able to receive advice on both beds and mattresses suitable for our needs, where we were unsure. Were given various options and prices to make our choice with no pressure. We were left to browse and discuss the options and then the purchase was quick and professional. Very pleasant experience.

I was with my mum and dad and as soon as we walked into the store we were made very welcome we were even offered a cup of tea/coffee we were able to look around at ease with no hassle but we knew that staff were readyily on hand for advice on the product we were looking for, there were 3 members of staff present and each member made us feel at ease and enjoyed good conversation and a giggle. They made our shopping experience an enjoyable one.
