staff were very friendly and knowledgeable on all products. Amanda and Stirling were particular helpful and talked us through the options for delivery which was important to us.

the sales Rep Amanda was very easy to talk to,She had very good producy knowledge, very friendly, when i had decided on the goods i wanted to purchase she made me coffee and explained everything step by step

We where honest with Stirling and said we had been to other stores and needed advise. He was brilliant extremley helpful but not pushy in the slightest i hate pushy sales assistants. He was very knowlegable and we left feeling very happy with the purchase and cant wait wait for our new bed to come.

Attended the store with a couple of bed settees in mind. A little disappointed that only one was available in store for viewing but service and knowledge of item in question was exemplary. Very pleased with overall experience, pleasant, polite help at all times.

Staff were very friendly, approachable and polite. Was not harassed and were left to look ourselves until we needed advice. Makes good tea and coffee.
