We were delighted with the help we received and the expert knowledge of Kevin, our salesman.He certainly went the extra mile to ensure we were choosing exactly what we needed, and additional assistance from the two Managers was both expert and friendly. This was the fourth Tempur bed purchased by our family over the past 2 years so this must say something! I would also like to thank the two young men who delivered our bed - Matt and Joey were prompt - arrived when they said they would - and were efficient and considerate.All in all a good experience - many thanks.

We were very impressed with the gentleman who helped us (Kevin). He spent a good 45 minutes with us listening to our specific needs and showing us the relevant available products. His understanding of our needs was excellent as was his knowledge of the individual products. He allowed us plenty of time to consider our needs properly and even steered us away from more expensive items which did not tally with our specific requirements. Overall, an excellent piece of salesmanship and a more than satisfactory experience for us.

Found the staff very very friendly( even had a coffee !! ) Very helpful with choice of a mattress overall was very pleased .

Second visit to your shop, I was impressed with your sales assistant knowledge on the various selection of beds available. They also gave us time to ourselves to discuss and we did not feel any pressure to make a decision.. I cannot comment of the product bought, as it hasn't been delivered yet, however your 40 night return exchange policy give me piece of mind. Overall a very good shopping experienve.

We came into the shop in two minds about purchasing a TV bed, Amanda, the lady who assisted us was very helpful and made us aware of the 20% off the frame, and aided us in finding a mattress in our price range. We decided on purchasing the TV thanks to Amanda.

The staff were so friendly at all out visits to the shop. Always there if neeses help. Was great explaining the difference between all mattresses which helped us chose the one we went with. The staff were a great would our daughter whilst we where looking at beds/mattresses. Overall a great service given and we cannot wait to recieve our bed.

Mr Stirling was extremely helpful took time with us and didn't rush us into making a decision, he showed us all types of mattresses and explained the difference in each one, he was extremely patient with myself and my partner as we had our 1 year old daughter with us. I would definitely recommend the store to any of my friends and family as the service we received was excellent

The staff acknowledged us as we entered the shop but allowed us to have a look around first. Then when we had narrowed it down to two choices Sterling was very helpful in answering our questions. Once we made a decision the order process was straight forward and delivery in two weeks was arranged. He also arranged disposal of our old bed. During this process we were offered a coffee which we must say was very nice. Very satisfied with service we received, will recommend.
