We went solely to look at a mattress as there was a half price offer on. We were looking at one particular type and Kevin gave us some advice. His knowledge of the products and what we best needed was invaluable. He was very friendly, chatty, listened to what we discussed but wasn't pushy. In the end, we also bought 2 Tempur pillows as well because of his demonstration of how they would help us. Really delighted with his service and the offer in the store.
