I was very satisfied with the service I received the manager couldn't do enough and we did try several beds I did feel awful at one point as we were changing our minds to which bed we wanted but the manager said he would rather us try several beds so we know we have the right one highly satisfied

I was highly satisfied because the team at the doncaster store couldn't do enough to help me. I was offered a cup of tea and left to discuss the options with my partner so that we could decide what was best for us. The store manager Dave then processed our order and reassured us with regards to the product.

The staff were excellent with all our needs and they also kept out young son entertained while we completed our purchase.

The delivery stated 4-8 weeks. The colleague checked the system and stated that it could be with me from 22nd December onwards. I was happy with this and placed my order.

EVERYONE WAS FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFULL

An excellent experience. The staff in the shop were fantastic, they assisted when we needed them and left us alone the rest of the time. At no point during our visit did we feel pressured in to making a purchase. Many thanks to Amanda and Dave who were terrific. Overall a very pleasant experience (except paying of course 😀).

Excellent service and assistance when I was looking for a new bed. Friendly staff members, there was no pressure from them to buy anything.

The employee in the show room was very helpful from start to finish.

Friendly and warm greeting, coffee offered whilst browsing, high quality goods on offer and to top it all a sooner than expected delivery date.
