The service in the store was friendly and very pleasant. We were welcomed and assisted on our needs by Stirling who helped us with informative knowledge of the products we were interested in. Shopping with two teenagers can be tiresome but the jolly staff and the help of a sweet machine helped ,so much so we were able to purchase a second bed and mattress without any stress. Tea and biscuits were also a nice touch. The whole time in store was more pleasant than I had been expecting. Thankyou

We needed a new matteress it's the first time we have been to a Dreams store we found a warm welcome and a relaxed sales approach instead of the normal had sell! We had Stirling from the sales team who we found very knowledgable and helpful in advising which matteress would be more beneficial to our needs! did research on your web site, thought i needed a 'firm' mattress but after speaking with Amanda on the Help Line she advised that due to my hip problems i would be better off with the memory foam...good for her.... haven't slept as well for yonks....

Stirling is the consummate sales assistant who was extremely knowledgable and helpful providing clear well articulated guiding information. It was a pleasure not to experience pushy selling. The staff were all busy on our arrival but they all still smilled and welcomed us, a small thing like that makes a difference and made us want to stay and wait for assistance. We were served by Stirling and also helped by Dave the store manager . They helped us with our choice but also had a conversation with us, it made it feel more personnell not just a case of give us your money and get out. Me and my wife left the store happy and confident with our purchase and excited for the arrival of our new bed

staff very friendly .we were offered tea which was nice .we were nt hurried .in fact we spent a good hour testing all the mattresses until we were happy with our chosen mattress
