Dreams - Doncaster

We visited Doncaster branch of Dreams. The bed we wanted to view after looking on the Dreams website was situated near the door so was easy to spot and have a browse. We had a good luck and was approached by Kevin from the sales team who answered any questions that we fired at him with ease as he knew his products very well. He helped us measure the bed so that we could go home and have a check that it would fit. As we left feeling happy and satisfied we had covered all bases we noticed another bed shop a couple of units down so we went for a look. After looking we realised how superior Dreams beds are at the side of other brands. So we hot footed it back and ordered our NEW bed. We are now waiting for the arrival of our bed. Well done Kevin @ Dreams.

I was served by a lady called Amanda who could answer all my question, nothing was too much trouble for her, she was nor pushy in any way and made the experience of purchasing bedroom furniture quite enjoyable, all the members of staff in the shop were all very friendly.

Julie made me a tea and Stirling was a fab guy, great salesman and fantastic with my daughter!

As I was buying blind , not knowing anything about a mattress, I thought a mattress was just a mattress. The assistant Julie explained what the difference was for each mattres, like different spung, memory foam and gel. I was helped to my car with my goods even offered a cuppa

The staff were all very attentive, friendly and informative.

The salesperson was extremely helpful and kept prompting us to try different mattresses and not settle on the first one we tried. He spent a lot of time with us, was really friendly and made us feel at ease and didn’t rush us.

We were not pressured at any time and yet then the assistant remained in close proximity throughout. We arrived stressed having been misdirected by our satnav and were offered a cup of tea almost immediately we arrived which was a 'life saver'!. When we began to narrow down our selection the assistant was very knowledgeable and practical in the advice given. We also were impressed with the 'Dreams' approach to 40 day 'test drive' and the recycling policy not offered by other major bed stores.
