Visited a shop near Staples Corner, London and spoke with sales representative there. For reasons not related to the store experience, was unable to complete the purchase so went home and continued the transaction via telephone at your order process centre. The phone staff were very helpful and completed the transaction quickly.

Mr Stirling was extremely polite and knowledgable about all products. Plus we got a better deal than if we had gone elsewhere.

Was very friendly and polite. was happy with what was told about purchase we made would have liked to have seen purchase we made but understand you can only have certain ones because of space in store.

Excellent customer service the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were offered tea or coffee and biscuits to go with it. On asking advice from the staff they were very helpful and knew their knowledge of the products on offer. Highly recommend.

Staff very attentive but never felt pressurised and that there wAs a really hard sales pitch. Store set up well so the beds were easy to try that match our specifications. Very happy with the whole process- Stirling the sales assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Welcomed upon entering the store, left to browse before being approached and asked if assistance were needed. Good selection of goods and sales assistant appeared knowledgeable regarding stock. We were dealt with courteously and efficiently at all times.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and had the product knowledge we needed to make an informed choice.

I did not feel pressured to make a decision. Time and advice were given patiently. The products I was looking for were pointed out when we enquirer about them

Looked around store with ease without being badgered. Different mattress explained as not sure which one I needed with the bed. No hassle.
