We were not pressurised in any way, infact we had to ask for help after our initial welcome. Staff were very friendly & natural. Our visit made buying a pleasure not an endurance.

Store Assistant (Kevin) was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient during our visit. He explained the difference between all the different types of mattresses in a manner that we understood. He demonstrated the different types of mattresses with pillows several times in order that we were happy with our selection. I felt comfortable at all times within the store without feeling any pressure to buy.

Quiet shop and was able to try all the mattresses in the range we were looking for. Once chosen sorting the 0% finance made paying easy.

I was not highly satisfied. I visited 2 Dreams Stores, the 1st one should have been open until 20:00hrs, but the store staff locked the door and this was at 19:20hrs. I was the only customer in the store and other customers came to the door when I was in there, but walked away when they found the door was locked. The store didn't have the bed in the showroom for me to view or the mattress. I am not sure why it was not advertised as Web available only. I went to a different store, and chose a different bed, only to be told that the bed I wanted to view was also Web only. Again this was not mentioned on the site. I eventually purchased a bed on line, after talking to Amanda who was knowledgeable and the order went through successfully.

My enquiry was split over two phone calls, once I had found the item I was interested in I phoned for help to confirm my choice was the correct one for our needs - buying a split comfort zone mattress - and throughout both phone calls the customer service was informative & professional. Whilst the advice was impartial, it did allow me to make a final decision.
