Dreams - Doncaster

Very helpful staff wanted the bedside cabinets to go with the wardrobe but I thought they would not fit in the space where I wanted them to go I said to the assistant only way they will fit is to take the skirting board off the assistant then went and measured the bottom of the unit which I am grateful for as it's overall size was because the top of the unit over hanged so it would fit so I Ave it as matching.

I didn't go to the store, I ordered over the phone, but Amanda (I think?) was excellent in all respects

we were not harrassed we were left to look around and then we asked for some assistance Julie was very good she showed us various beds and told us information about each mattress didnt try to sell us the most expensive she was very knowledgable .Felt very comfortable shopping here

We had been trying to find a bed we liked for weeks without success. came across the dreams store by accident and decided to have a look round. it was brilliant being able to try all the beds and look round at ease. We approached julie the dreams colleague and with her help, we found the perfect bed. Both Julie and Dave the manager were so friendly and helpful. We were given tea/coffee and biscuits while we were sorting out the sale and the whole experience was a pleasure. we will definately reccomend the store to friends and family

We approached Kevin to ask help and advice, which he provided in a non pushy friendly manner. He was very knowledgeable and showed us different pocket springs and memory foam options. He gave us time to test the beds and also provided a Tempur pillow to get a better feel for the bed. Kevin also made us tea while we were deciding. We chose a mattress and completed the sale. Kevin was very helpful and friendly, we felt he gave us lots of information to make the correct choice.

The staff where very helpful very polite , they made me feel very welcome and remembered me from the previous visits when I purchased a mattress and bed frame They also have a good sense of humor which I found quite amusing ,especially Kevin and dave
