Met with friendly, professional staff. Dealt with in a very good example of excellent customer service. This was noted as I, before retirement, I worked in training for a further education college as a trainer/assessor. Would undoubtedly return or pass on our positive experience to friends and family. WE were looked after by Amanda, she was helpful yet not overbearing given us privacy to discuss our purchase. she was able to answer all our questions and queries. She also made us a lovely cup of coffee i have already told a couple of my friends that I have ordered a bed from Dreams and how pleased we were with the service we received

My wife and I went to this store for the purpose of viewing the Milford mattress as promoted by Premier Inn. We had viewed it on your website but after visiting this store and trying it out we were so pleased that we had not ordered it as it did not suit our requirements. The sales assistant, Amanda, was first class in the way that she guided us through our personal requests, and offered all the professional advice which we required in order to make our decision. She certainly did not pressure us in any way, and gave us her full attention throughout our experience.

my son and I visited and we wasn't harassed by the sales rep, we was allowed to browse around in peace then when we were ready the sales rep was very friendly and answered all our questions.

We placed our order via the phone after visiting the store and the sales team were very helpful and could match the price we wanted to pay. Everything was made easy and the girl was very friendly.
