It was awesome. We were able to get unicorn feather and fairy tears woven into the silk (by martian virgin princesses) all for the price of a cuppa tea and cheese scone at Greggs. Fantastic.. would recommend.

Highly satisfied, as Kevin was very polite and very understanding, he listened and gave great advise and was patient and never persuaded or hurried our decision which i like with an adviser. The place was easily accessible, and Kevin helped with finding a mattress that me and my partner were comfortable with. He helped show us a sturdy bed frame, and even cheered up our little daughter when he fixed her paper kite that broke. He also gave us our own space and time to let us decide without pressure, which in my books is brilliant, We all had an easy and more relaxed time shopping which for me, doesn't happen that often. Great offers and a great payment plan and great customer service has helped massively and cant wait for a brilliant and more comfortable sleep. Thanks

This is my second visit to Dreams to purchase bedroom furniture. There was no pressure selling, assistance was given when requested, and I was greeted with a friendly smile and the offer of a cup of coffee. Dreams colleague, Julie, was very helpful giving immediate and knowledgeable assistance when asked. The staff from Manager to assistant were all friendly and helpful and made it a pleasure to enter the store. I was treated as an important visitor given respect and patience in choosing exactly what I wanted. The bedroom suite I wanted was not in store but the "extra mile" was achieved by obtaining a bedside cabinet so that I could see the quality of the product I was buying.

Good range of products and staff able to respond to our particular requirements. Good value and service. Highly recommended.
