MY WIFE AND I,VISITED DREAMS WITH THE INTENTION OF LOOKING,AND GAINING KNOWLEDGE,ON THE BED WE MAY REQUIRE.WE HAD DONE A SMALL AMOUNT OF RESEARCH,BUT HAD NOT DECIDED ON ANY SPECIFIC TYPE OF BED.THE ASSISTANT GAVE US ALL THE ASSISTANCE WE REQUIRED,AND THEN ALLOWED US TO VIEW THE BEDS,AT OUR OWN PACE,AND CAME TO ASSIST US ,WHEN ASKED,WHICH MEANT WE MADE AN INFORMED CHOICE,THERE AND THEN.

i found the doncaster store the most helpfull i spoke to a lady called amanda she stuck to her words and rang me bk to place my order on tuesday very pleased i will be using this store more often for myself and friends and familey thankyou

Because we felt we could trust Dream to come up with what they were selling, would be right, but we have yet to take delivery of goods purchased,so we'll see.

Kevin, the assistant, explained in a clear way the structure of the mattresses which helped me decide which sort I needed. I looked at other shops but went back to Dreams because I felt more confident there.

We visited dreams as we needed a new bed and mattress. My husband and I have never bought a mattress before as family members have always had bed shops (but no longer has this). We wasn't 100% sure what we wanted, but with julies help we were able to find the correct one. The staff were very patient and didn't pounce or follow us like sales assistants can do in other places which we appreciated.

All the staff were friendly and welcoming especially Julie who assisted us throughout the sale process.
