All three members of staff in the showroom were very pleasant and helpful during our visit, and were on hand to answer any questions we had. Sharon was particularly helpful in advising us of the correct type of mattress to buy and encouraging us to try various beds for comfort and advising us of the 30 day comfort guarantee. She processed our order efficiently and explained all options thoroughly. We were highly delighted with all aspects of service received. Thank you Dreams staff.

The mature staff are not pushy, they give the shopper time to look around without the usual 'are you alright there?' which seems prevalent in shops today. At the same time, when approached they are knowledgeable and friendly.

We went in knowing exactley what we wanted, but hadn`t realised the choice there was in bed frames and mattresess, the knowlegable sales asisstant was very informative and not pushy, and made us feel very relaxed, we came away with a king size ottoman bed and new mattress, on the specified delivery date suitabke to us.

THE SALESMAN KEVIN WAS VERY FRIENDLY WE HAD A SPECIFIC TYPE OF BED WE WANTED TO LOOK AT....ONE WHERE THE MATTRESS LITFED FOR STORAGE HE SHOWED US ALL THE ONES STOCKED THEN EXPLAINED MATTRESSES TO US HE WAS VERY HELPFUL EVEN MADE ME A CUPPA WHILE WE PLACED AN ORDER WE WERE VERY SATISFIED AND ARE THINKING OF VISITING AGAIN TO BUY A BED FOR A RELATIVE

We were assisted but not never felt pressured into making a choice. The salesman was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the different mattresses and the different options of bed available. There is no doubt we will buy from Dreams Doncaster again.

Only looking we really wanted a Hypnos matress tried lots of matresses and the knowledge of the salesman we ended up buying

Was given good advice in shop friendly sales person but bought product over the phone to save money for delivery person very friendly and helpful

Knowledge, helpfulness and patience of Stirling the Dreams Colleague who dealt with us also the layout and presentation of the store

Sophie was the assistant who helped us in the Milton Keynes store she was really helpful and very informative , no issues here, but the star was Amanda on the 0800 number, I can not fault her she gave me so much help , I phoned her so many times during the day but each time she was so professional and was so amazingly helpful , she understood everything I wanted , and my order and payment details were complicated, thank you Amanda
