Extreamly friendly staff, made you feel at ease and made the shopping experience fun even with 2 toddlers in tow.

Wasn't pounced on upon entering the store, assisted when required. Good knowledge on products and what would suit our needs. Friendly professional service.

Friendly approachable staff. No pressure to buy but all advice given on request. One product in store that fit our needs but colour options available and various mattresses for this product were available. Would definitely purchase again!

Sterling was a very helpful member of staff who talked me through various beds and mattresses. He showed me what was the best value for money, but also didn't come rushing over when I came in.. So I didn't feel pressured into buying something I didn't want, and also stayed 10 minutes after the shop had shut so I could pay for my purchase.

As it happened, the sort of mattress that we were looking for was just inside the door. We did look at other ones but returned to our first choice. The price was right and the advise we received from Sharon was just right.

All staff were polite, informative and extremely helpful during the visit. There was no hard sell which was appreciated however the increase in prices since we last purchased a mattress was something of an eye opener.

I was looking at an item online, rather than in store. As the information I was after wasn't shown online, I telephoned the number given. The man who helped me, Kevin, was able to find out the information I required then ordered the item for me straight away. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

The Dreams adviser Kevin was helpful without being over intrusive he answered questions well but also gave us time to look round ans discuss on our own. He explained the various displays and gave us useful advice when we asked for it.

Extremely pleasant staff, easy layout of the store, found what we wanted. We will see when the bed arrives.

This has to be the first dreams shop I have been in that was so helpful the sales man his name was Stirling very nice man, and very helpful . I was very pleased with the customer care we received, and we will need bedroom furniture I will go back to the same shop because of this reason. I can rate the sales man and the shop very highly,
