Salesman "STIRLING" very helpful - showed me how an Ottoman bed operates which is what I bought instead of a divan bed.

We went to the Doncaster store to purchase a new mattress. We had never had to purchase one before so we was unsure of what we were looking for. The advisor who helped us was called Stirling and he was incredibly friendly and helped us to select the best products to suit our needs. He was very efficient and helped us understand the pros and cons for each item in order to help us choose the best for us.

I was easily able to find the type of mattress at the Doncaster Dreams with the correct degree of firmness and quality. The process was helped by a knowledgeable and helpful salesperson.

We were undecided as to the best type of mattress for a bad back, however time was taken to explain about the various types in a very friendly manner without any pressure whatsoever. Following this advice we were able to make an informed decision regarding our purchase.

We were left to browse but as soon as we required assistance it was available immediately. The Salesperson (Julie) was knowledgeable, eager to help, friendly, helpful but not at all pushy. I remembered that we had purchased from Dreams store twice previously and been helped by the same person on both occasions! No wonder we came back!

We were served by Stirling in the Doncaster store who was very knowledgeable and very nice and helped us to choose the bed that suited us. He was not a pushy salesman but understood our needs very clearly. Amanda was also very nice and made us a cup of coffee which was very much appreciated. We had a very good experience and will be returning soon to purchase bedroom furniture for our guest room. Thanks
