Well laid out store with a good selection of beds on offer. Staff were friendly and very helpful as well informed, more than ready to answer questions and give valuable advice. Not at all pushy.

We wanted to purchase a new sleigh style bed and were pleased to find exactly what we were looking for. However, as this was a long term purchase we wanted to get it right and found the assistant, Amanda extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She found the perfect pillows for myself and my husband and showed us how to mix and match them for ultimate comfort. She also explained the different mattress types and took time to let us try them out. We were also amazed at the speed of the ordering process and the fact that delivery was within a week. If the bed lives up to its billing it will be worth the £2000 plus we paid.

The staff were very helpful in explaining the difference in the mattress and the Base I picked .

As we arrived, We saw the bed we wanted and Kevin was brilliant with helping us out. He made sure we got within our budget and recommended the right mattress for us. He gave us a free mattress protector too. We never had have bought a bed before with us moving into our first house and Kevin explained everything to us. 10/10 customer service from him.

We were approached, on first entering the store, by Sharon who asked if we knew what we were looking for and if we needed any help. We explained that we just wanted to browse for a while as we weren't certain exactly what we were looking for. Having tried a few of the beds, we caught Sharon's eye and she came to help us. Her knowledge was superb, advising on the different kinds of mattress available and the respective benefits. She was very patient whilst we were trying bed after bed. At no time did we feel that we were being coerced into buying anything; indeed, we left to think things through before proceeding further. We returned in the early afternoon, when Sharon took charge of the sale. We were highly satisfied with every level of service - and delighted to know that if we are not entirely satisfied with our choice of mattress, we will be able to change it. Can't say fairer than that!

upon entering the store we were welcomed & asked if we needed any help to give the assistant a call. This was very helpful as this gave us the space & freedom to browse & try out beds for ourselves, without feeling obliged to anyone. When required staff were very friendly & helpful, &understanding of our situation,as we were buying a bed for the wheelchair user that we accompanied.

Really nice people easy to get along with. Very nice shopping experience.
