kevin explained all different types of mattress, and asked a few questions,then recommended a pocket spring, he was right! Tops marks to all Doncaster staff, we were not pounced on as soon as we walked through the door, but allowed to browse

I am a returning customer so knew what I was looking for, the salesman showed me various options and my mind was made up.

There was a good range of option. Helpful advice. No great pressure; when we found what we really really liked - the price was a bit too high, and there was no problem backing the price down to still get a nice compromise.

Customer service was excellent, he didn't hover over us like others did in previous visited stores, but was available for questions on several occasions. Very personable and approachable individual.

Store inviting, staff very pleasant not harassing as soon as you entered the store. Left to browse, but assistance if needed was there.
