Clear website, taking me quickly to the specific product I wanted and the various options and sales offers. Got through to sales on the phone very quickly, friendly and efficient response, and when my phone cut out half way through the call was able to start again with another staff member without too much trouble. Particularly impressed that the first staff member then e-mailed me to check that I had managed to sort things out. Product arrived exactly when promised, well packed and looks good. Very pleased all round with service and reliability.

Our shopping experience at dreams was excellent, when we first walked through the door we were not pounced upon like in other stores, we were left to wander around and given the advice as and when we needed it, the sales person was extremely informative offering us his knowledge and help, he fetched us pillows to sample the beds properly in the correct position, all the staff were friendly and relaxed, the order service was quick, simple and would definitely shop here again, all round great service

Well I came into the store just looking a memory foam matters. The assistant helped me to understand the different types of matresses and to choose the right firmness. Also I bought two pillows with the recommendations of my assistant. Totally satisfied, would buy again for bed in spare room (once it gets sorted)

We were met by a friendly sales assistant who was helpful and personable without being over pushy. We tried out several beds and he gave us information about the different types of beds and headboards. Everything was easy to see and our queries were answered very swiftly and fully. We were made to feel special.

The staff were very helpful and not overly eager. I was allowed to browse at my pace and then seek assistance when I required it. The store was well organised and I was able to try a number of products to find the one that Suited my needs. The order / purchase was very straight forward and only a short wait for delivery.

This is now our 3rd bed purchase from Dreams, wouldnt go anywhere else, 100% satisfied perfect service, excellent value - maybe a loyalty scheme could be an option, but the fact that we have bought 3 beds from yourselves now says it all (Approx total spend £10k) through Dreams

Greeted as soon as we walked in, we was shown what we was looking for, given all the info then left to browse with no pressure.
