The staff was very friendly and helpful told her what we were looking for and she showed us exactly what we talking about and also left us to try a few out so we didn't feel pressured into buying anything and once we made are mind up as to what we wanted she was very helpful in every way and went through everything to make sure we purchased exactly what we were wanting

Very pleasant service your staff made us thoroughly aware of the bed we were looking for all the different choices until we found what suited us the film show certainly made up our minds. The staff were very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble and they make a lovely cup of coffee ! We are really looking forward to our delivery.

the staff member who helped me had excellent product knowledge, and ensured i found something to meet my needs within my budget. he was not pushy and did not try to "up sell" to me which actually is what secured the sale as at no point did i feel under any pressure. he was an excellent member of staff, and i will defiantly shop in store again based on this experience.

The staff here in Doncaster were lovely. Sterling who served me was great explained and advised me on what was the best mattress for me to buy. He was so helpful and made my experience a very pleasant one.
